The below lines I scribbled in the bus when I saw a few kids playing on a ground merrily.Though written on the Children’s Day,these lines are the earnest appeal to the kids today and their parents to live the childhood in a simple and memorable way !

Chase the clouds & birds that fly,
With the wild wind have a talk,
Wander amongst those trees so high,
On the dewy grass take a walk
In the showers of the cooling rain,
Jump in the mud & pools,
Play in sun & let energy drain,
Then enjoy the sweat that cools
Mom is there to love & care,
For future – Dad will chalk a way,
Grandpa,Grandma have tales to share,
Respect & listen to what they all say
Eat junk but good food too,
Play a lot but study too,
Ask queries but seek answers too,
Hurt your buddies but love them too
Life ahead is a race & pressure,
Soon you will set to find new ways,
These moments will seem the real treasure,
When you will miss the childhood days !
