A poem coming out after ages, again while sipping some tea in the balcony on a calm and quiet evening.
The human race continues to destroy the Nature in its inexplicable and self destructive conquest of ‘development’, yet, the Nature holds on optimistically, wherever possible. But ‘someday’, this will end, no knows how …

Amidst the crammed buildings high,
There doesn’t exist a single tree,
Yet above these some birds fly,
Still merry and free
Burrowed and blasted everyday,
Robbed and ripped of its treasures,
Somewhere they stand distant from this fray,
Endowing its lovers with pleasures
On the vision the smoke puts bars,
And the incessant noises deafen,
Yet at night one can see the Stars,
Unperturbed in the Heaven
In it so much of waste drives,
Its territory is invaded each day,
Yet the Sea supports countless lives,
To the shores its waves make a way
Cut and chopped by the malevolent,
Their cover diminishing fast,
Yet givers and benevolent,
Still on a scorched man a shadow they cast
On the path of Destruction the humans march,
Gulping and burning all the way,
Yet they will always parch,
Till the Rain comes down someday …
